How Are Botox® Cosmetic Treatments Performed?
Neuromodulators are easily injected into the muscles of the forehead as well as between the eyebrows and around the eyes to reduce wrinkles and lines. The treatment takes only a few minutes to perform, and once injected, it relaxes the muscles gradually over 1-2 weeks’ time. On average results may last 3-4 months.
What to Expect During Your Consultation
Our providers will evaluate and discuss what your areas of concern are and what you want out of your treatment. They will go over the procedure and answer any questions you may have. After the injections there may be some redness and slight swelling around the injection sites which usually goes away within a couple of hours or by the next day. Bruising is also a common side-effect.
