How are Upneeq® Treatments Performed?
Upneeq® is a prescription treatment that is performed at home. During your visit to Allure Plastic Surgery Center, we’ll evaluate your treatment goals and help you determine if Upneeq® is appropriate for you. If so, we’ll write you a prescription for Upneeq® and explain how to use it.
Upneeq® comes in single-use vials. Each day, you’ll open an Upneeq® vial and place a single drop into each eye. If you wear contact lenses, you should remove them prior to treatment. You can replace them approximately 15 minutes after administering the Upneeq® drops.
Results from Upneeq®
Clinical studies show that some patients begin noticing results from Upneeq® within minutes of application. You can generally expect improvements in low-lying lids within 2 hours of application. These results will persist as long as you continue to use Upneeq® on a daily basis.
