Michele Card - Patient Coordinator
I am Dr. Taylor's patient coordinator. I have been taking care of cosmetic and reconstructive patients since 1998. Whether your procedure is cosmetic or reconstructive, I will assist you in many ways during your surgery scheduling process. From appointments to insurance needs I am here to help you in any way possible. My main goal is to help our patients understand their medical/insurance benefits as it can be a confusing time. Dr. Taylor is an excellent surgeon and is very committed to his patients' care. It is a pleasure to work in his practice.
Connie Higgins - Financial Coordinator
I am Dr. Taylor's financial coordinator; I have been with Dr. Taylor since 2001. I can help you coordinate your Out of Network insurance benefits if your procedure is medically necessary, or I can assist you with obtaining financing for your cosmetic procedure. I'm here to help, so feel free to contact me at any time with questions or concerns as regards the financial aspects of your procedure.

I have been a nurse for more than 20 years and I still love it! Nursing is not just my job, it is my calling. I love taking care of our patients and helping people through their surgical process. It is my pleasure to teach and nurture our patients, easing their anxieties and stresses. I enjoy being a nurse for Dr. Taylor because he allows me the time to really support and care for his patients. I will spend as much time with you as you want or need before, during and after your procedure, and I will be there to answer all of your questions. It will be my pleasure to care for you!
Audrey Fey - Licensed Skin Care Specialist
As a licensed Skin Care Specialist and member of The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, I bring to Allure Plastic Surgery Center 25 years of experience in the beauty and skin care industry. My years of experience as director of The Plastic Surgery Skin Care Center in Englewood, NJ has helped me to understand the aging process and what is necessary to maintain a youthful appearance. I love to combine innovative technologies with personalized skin care, to keep all our patients on the cutting edge of cosmetic enhancement with a safe & satisfying result! I look forward to helping you achieve your skin care goals!
Mary Lenskold, PA-C
I am Dr. Taylor’s physician assistant, having earned my Bachelors degree from Rutgers University and my Masters degree from UMDNJ’s PA program. I assist him during surgery as well as in the office. Being a mother of 4 and a breast cancer survivor allows me to integrate my personal experience with my patient care. I feel this helps me offer more compassionate treatment and a better understanding of how both cosmetic and reconstructive patients feel. I love assisting Dr. Taylor and watching his skill and expertise transform his patients. It is very gratifying to be a part of his practice and care for Dr. Taylor’s patients as they go through their surgical course.
Laura Purazzo
I am Dr. Taylor’s surgical coordinator. Michele and I work together to assist you during your surgical scheduling process. I will help you to understand your insurance benefits as well. Currently, I am in school to become a Registered Nurse. I really look forward to being directly involved in patient care. Dr. Taylor is an excellent surgeon and is very committed to his patients’ care. It is a pleasure to work in his practice.
